Community Fishers ISO 19115 XML Report

Community Fishers ISO 19115 XML report is a metadata report specified to conform to ISO 19115 standards, similar to our standard ISO 19115 Metadata Product. The metadata report is available for each cast that has been assigned to a sampling location. At this time the report is not available for casts performed outside of sampling stations. A cast is a single profiling event where a package of devices is lowered into the ocean and then raised back out. Each metadata report contains information such as data use constraints, devices involved in the cast, device ownership, cast location, and further details. This data product is available on the Conductivity Temperature Depth device of a Community Fishers device package.

Formats

There is only one format for this data product: an XML file with a .xml extension. This file type can be opened in various programs such as notepad, chrome, etc.
